Wollaston Remodel

Heating & Plumbing since 1985.

This bathroom had a huge transformation including items you cannot see such as a full new external soil stack and waste pipes run from bathroom out all in black.

A block wall between the bathroom and bedroom, which created a cupboard space in the bedroom was knocked through to allow for a large 1700mm Simpsons shower tray and sliding door enclosure. The door blocked up and plastered ready for decorating, bedroom side.

9 spot lights were removed from the old ceiling and the ceiling overboarded and plastered. 6 new downlights installed along with a new extractor fan. Also installed was a cable for the 4 small spots in the bath panel and also a shaving point which connected the large mirror with built in lights, shaving point and bluetooth speaker.

Half tiled in areas around window and bath and fully tiled in the shower area including a feature wall of slate style tiles on the back wall.

All new external soil pipe renewed in black along with all wastes from basin, toilet, shower and bath.

Total time taken on this bathroom remodel was 2 hard, but loving weeks.
